Monika Kiknadze was born in Vilnius, Lithuania. After graduating from National M.K. Čiurlionis School of Arts, she earned her Bachelor’s degree as a solo viola player at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre in the class of Prof. Petras Radzevičius. There she also gained her Master’s degree in performance of contemporary music and free improvisation in 2019.

         Since 2011 Monika took part in various national and international competitions both as a soloist and as a member of chamber ensembles. 

 

From 2015 Monika Kiknadze is a member of contemporary music ensemble Synaesthesis, in 2016 she became a member of Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra and in 2019 joined the ensemble Nepaklusnieji.
